Cyan Systems has been selected for a $1M Time and Materials Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontract by Amentum Services
Cyan was awarded the subcontract to assist Amentum in providing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology Directorate (S&T) with land, air, space, and port & coastal surveillance services. The contract was awarded by the U.S. Air Force's 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron under the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s (DoD IAC) multiple-award contract (MAC) vehicle to develop and create new knowledge for the enhancement of the DTIC repository and the R&D and S&T community.
Cyan’s efforts under the Subcontract, will include scientific hardware delivery, training, and integration services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Maritime Domain Awareness Sensors (MDA-S) project. The MDA-S project seeks to identify and integrate sensors and systems and share data suitable for the full spectrum of maritime operations. Of particular interest are new and emerging sensor technologies for the detection of small/non-cooperative vessels.
The program incorporates Cyan’s capabilities to provide a long-range imaging system designed around Cyan’s CS-3 infrared camera enabling unparalleled long-range imaging both day and night.
Work will be performed in Santa Barbara, California with additional locations across the continental U.S. as required.
